OVER 60 Days AND CLAIM STILL NOT FINALISED
I would like to lodge a formal compliant regarding a reputable insurance company Mutual & Federal. <br> On several occasion prior to the recent e-mail we followed up with this company and no one displayed the zeal to attend to our claim.<br> This matter has been with their offices for three months now upon is submitting all the necessary documents as per there initial request.<br> It is only recently we were advised that there were still documents outstanding . Does it really take that long for them to come back to us.<br> I have exhausted all efforts with the attempt to get a reaction from Mutual & Federal but no one from their offices has the decency to reply to me.<br>
