Outstanding support during a very difficult time

I would like to sincerely thank the team for the exceptional support I received during my recent claim.

Following a burglary, I experienced a significant loss, including personal items under my all-risk cover as well as my motor vehicle. It was an extremely stressful time, especially as I had no means of communication.

Although she is not a negotiator, she stepped in and provided continuous support, liaising with my claim handler (Irwin Isaacs) on my behalf and ensuring the process ran smoothly.
