OMNISURE AND KING PRICE - IN THIS TOGETHER!!!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This company is impossible. Brokered through KING PRICE - JUST AS USELESS!!! You get pushed from pillar to post. Their client drove in to my son and completely accepted responsibility for the accident as he was wearing flip-flops and one got caught on the accelerator pedal so he couldn't brake. He drove in to my sons car and did over 30k worth of damage. Their client told us his insurance would take care of it all and they also said they would. We filled in about 20 forms that they kept changing and sending back to us for more information. They then proceeded to avoid all of our calls. They said we have to wait 40 days then offered us 10k instead of the 30k. My son was without his car as they wouldn't offer or pay for a hire vehicle. There service is disgusting. We are now told accept this 10k "without prejudice" or nothing!! If we hadn't had the car repaired ourselves while waiting for the claim he would still be unable to get around. AVOID KING PRICE AND THIS BUSINESS

You are still offering us 10K for damage that cost 30k - looks like we will have to go through the courts even though your insured has told us that he took complete responsibility as he had flip flops on and they got caught in the pedals so he couldnt brake!!

BUT you never looked at the car with any assessor - you offer 1/3 of the value it cost, you have photos showing the damage. You did not offer any other alternative garage AT ALL as it is a bespoke wrap!! We will go legal on this and you are not resolving anything!!
