Dealing with insurance claims can be such a nightmare. Here i had a lady called Shannon Remedies that made my experience astoundingly pleasant. My claim investigation was completed in a no time and whilst the investigation was on going, Shannon kept me updated almost daily.

I am amazed at the level of service from both Old Mutual Insure as well as the service from Shannon. Wow. I would like to score you 11 out of 10 😊
