OMI TURNS A COMPLAINT INTO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL

The matter in question was a claims complaint, insured was not happy with her vehicle repairs. Old Mutual Insure turned the whole experience around by sending their quality control motor manager to the client, and he sorted the matter out 100%. We now have a very happy client. Thanks to Nokulunga, now also arranging a basket of treats to apogise for the inconvenience caused, our insured will be blown away.
