OMI is bad for building insurance!!!!

I'm starting to think that OMI should rather focus on vehicle insurance because clearly building insurance is not their expertise/ interest. The geyser has not been working for weeks now in winter- with school going children living on the premises; but all I get from OMI is to be sent from pillar to post. I have spoken to over 5 people and all are washing their hands from my issue. The last person just hung the phone up on me when I requested to be transferred to their so call swiftcare department. OMI will not get our next premium. You guys are truly disappointing.
