OMI First Claim experience

Being the personal assistant to a broker i had the opportunity to deal with OMI. First time i dealt with OMI. Had a bit of issues in the beginning, but my problem was attended to by Rickson and dealt with in a fast and very professional manner.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rickson as he knows what to do to make your claim experience easier and he is the best problem solver. What i appreciated the most was i explained the problem and within a day it was solved. I am looking forward dealing with OMI in the future.
