OMI deducted more that should have
I received the new monthly premium increase from Old Mutual Insure, the amount that went off was R200 to R300 more than the e-mail I received, I then phoned OMI and the operator gave me some excuse on discount, I told him that the e-mail stated that it is this amount, I spoke to a Supervisor and said yes it was a mistake and that someone will phone me to make arrangements. That was almost a month ago.
