OMART insure bad service

OMART insure was friendly when signing me up for a phone insurance for my Huawei Pura 70 phone, after I realized that I won't be able to afford the insurance I contacted them requesting cancelation after the first debit order, I got email from them that my insurance was successfully canceled on 15th of May 2025,come 24 May I am still being debited for an insurance that I cancelled, I tried calling them to explain the matter however I was told I must email required info, I have done that 3 times with no assistance, everytime I enquire they start the process from the beginning and don't respond that the matter is resolved afterwards, OMART I want my money back please stop giving me run around.
