OM Insure- the Pep Stores of insurance

I am utterly disgusted by OM Insure aka S***S. I spend about R3k on my collective insurance and only ever use it when needed. They have always shown me very little or no accommodation each time I claimed. On Saturday my car breaks down, I call them and hear nothing from them in an hour. I then call my mechanical warranty and they dispatch a tow tuck in 10 minutes. Their service has been nothing short of terrible. They even threatened to have me removed because I had one high cost claim, they believed their provider after he broke my geyser, even though I had proof from an accredited plumber that the piping broke from poor installation. I will be exploring other options - OM Insure wants quality customers but gives lower than mediocre service.
