OM Insure pathetic service

still waiting for a third party claim to be settled. Took almost a month just to authorise!! Completed all relevant docs and sent back on the wednesday. Only received confirmation of receipt on the thursday with a note it will take 10 days to reflect in my account. Its now 12 days later and still NOTHING!!! No communication, nothing. Pathetic service.
