OM Insure - Highest Priced Short Insurance with the Lowest Customer Service, don't value their Long Term Clients
I've been with Mutual & Federal for 25 years, as of the recent takeover by OM Insure, its been a challenge from day one since they merged with OM Insure. Being a client of OM insure at current, I realized that I might of possibly be overcharged by OM Insure, and the truth be siad, upon a comparison based on a like for quote, I was being overcharged charged by R3500 per month. Upon bringing this comparison to OM Insure's attention, and my respective broker, the policy amount was immediately changed, with a further R200 less on the policy amount. OM Insure are a ******* with there short term insurance prices, whilst their customer service as dwindled to such an extent as to offer minimal to zero customer centricity. Being a long standing client of 25 years, its feel as if OM Insure think they doing me a favor by providing me with short insurance. OM Insure need to fami****ize themselves with the competitors on the market, so much so, that Insurance Companies that concentrated on Long Term insurance have turned their attention to facilitate short term insurance. I have decided to cancel my policy as OM Insure offer the most expensive short term insurance with the least amount of customer service, with the worse being they don't even value their long term clients.
Well it gets even better, the original amount of R9999 that I was being charged by OM Insure, was amended to R 6317.04 after I provided them with a comapartive quote, but sadly the amount I'm being charged is R7000. Does OMInsure know what they doing, I am so taken aback as to whats going on in this organsiation. There appears to be more chiefs than people that actually do work, with each chief calling his own decision in terms of price, and then you get other manager's like David Radiokana in this organisation that can tell a client of 25 years - if he's not happy with premium cost, then find another Insurance service provider.
Being with OM Insure in excess of 25 years it appears that there is no loyalty to their long term clients, which is really disappointing especially in these times when there are so many short term competitors on the market that treat clients like people and not just a policy number.
