OM Insure - Ensure you move to their competitors and fast!

We have been clients of OM Insure for more than a decade, I incidentally work for a broker and we are the brokers on record so I have a better insight as to how things work. Our renewal date is in August, last year we had a huge increase (15%) that was understandable as we had 3 car claims (none were our own fault) but the loss ratio did not look good. I was now informed that our policy will increase with over R900 from 1st of June. This is ridiculous as we had only 1 small fast track claim under R5000 since our renewal last year. This ALSO means that in 2 months when we have our renewal they will increase the premium again. This is unacceptable and we are requesting quotes from alternative insurers. Please check you premiums with your broker, I am not the only client in our short term book that they are doing this to. It seems OM Insure is intent on loosing and alienating as many of their clients as possible.
