Olm Mutaul insure WORST SERVICE EVER

POOR SERVICE I have been struggling with a Rain/Flood claim since 1 May 2023 and due to the delay, we have been flooded twice our property is a small holding and does not have municipal sewerage system. I have a claim for R53000.00 and my property is insured for R***,00 and we are told we are under insured they only want to pay 50% of the claim. The claim is not even 2% of the sum insured and the assessor visited the property but did valuation on property across the road totally *********** in there duties.
