Old Mutual/Europ Assistance travel insurance
Do not buy travel insurance from Old Mutual/Europ Assistance. I lodged a very straight-forward medical claim in October 2022 and since then I have spent the most frustrating 3 months trying to get a response from Pamela and her team at Europ Assistance. It's obvious to me that if they make the process hard enough clients will give up on the claim at some point. There has still been no payout and my emails go unanswered. Hilary
