Old Mutual ******* and shocking customer service.

I'd like to bring to your attention what a bunch of ******* Old Mutual is and how poor their customer service is. Old Mutual contacted me early this year informing me my premium was going up but clearly they're trying to recoup money they lost with last July's looting and the flooding this year cause they wanted to sting me with the increase in premium. I objected, they reviewed and we agreed on an increase. About 3weeks ago now they emailed me informing me of another increase and again they want to sting me. I have objected and they neglect to contact me to even try to resolve the problem. If this is the level of customer service then I can't trust Old Mutual with a claim. Looks like I'm changing insurance company.
