old mutual thievery

aren't they just a bunch of *****'s one of their customers graytex metals driver drove into my car while i was standing at a robot. so i went ahead and reported the accident at the police station,also got them 2 quotes and send it off. then i was told that i am 20% liable. so how can i be liable if i was standing at a red robot like the south African law dictates me to do. and secondly i asked on a email i am willing to go for more quotes if they require closest to my home in lambton germiston. they replayed with a quote from some place iv'e never heard of in the hart of Johannesburg. a third of the value the other 2 quotes are for.... now this is my problem how did these guys do a quote with out seeing the car, also they did not even quoted for half the stuff.. i believe this borders on ***** and i will be going to the small claims court
