Old Mutual Sucks

I was knocked by a client of Old Mutual, she was stationery in a yellow lane and when I was almost right next to her she decided to make a U-Turn and knocking me on the passenger side of my vehicle. My damages was estimated at R40 000.00. Old Mutual paid out R16572 as the estimated it at R25000. They paid 70% of their estimation and then deducted R4500 towards the damages of the car that knocked me. The lady that knocked me has by now already had her car fixed , i am still driving with a vehicle that has been knocked 3 months ago and now I have to pay her R4000 towards her damages Old Mutual says that I should have been more aware of my surroundings.
