Old Mutual ****s!!!
I have all my 8nsurance with this company. My vehicle was involved in an accident, this company chose to writ it off. All paperwork has been done. But after a month, no payment! Their excuse was they tried to pay last Friday but the settlement letter from the bank had the wrong account details on it. This was not true, as confirmed by my bank today. Then today the Is useless insurance company now wants an additional letter stating I'm directornin my company BEFORE they can make payment! So, how the hell were they making payment on Friday then?????
That are a *****! Typical of insurance companies, quick to take your money, slow to pay out!
