Old Mutual really!!
I had an accident on the 2nd of June 25. A lady skipped the red light and drove into me. Her insurance Old Mutual Quest Claims has still not paid out. Its now 5 months. They have approved the payment now R8 000 less than the quotes. Now they state that is will take 30 days for the payment to release. Thus 6 months from the start. Really this is ridiculous.
