Old Mutual pension Superfund *********** team

My pension is held up at Old mutual superfund pension scheme , i now want to transfer my pension to sanlam. Old mutual superfund pension group have failed to transfer my pension for over two months since i made the request, the call centre is *********** and they take over 15 minuites to answer calls and can make you to hold for 10 more minuites while retrieving your profile from their systems.

Everytime i call i get a new consultant who tells me that they have escalated my transaction to their manager who will call me back. i have never received a call from any manager and to date my pension is still stuck with them. Last call they confirmed that they are waiting for sanlam to sign letter of transfer, which they later admitted that the letter was sent to a wrong email address at sanlam.
