Old Mutual-Pathetic!

We have home insurance with Old Mutual for the past 20 years. Premiums have been paid on time. There hasn't been an instance where we have not paid our premiums.

Majority of our claims that have been submitted were declined. The declined claims are shown on our claims history which I think is unacceptable. Old Mutual gives us a booklet with many pages to show what we are covered for but when we do have a problem at our house and submit a claim they have every and any excuse to decline the claim. Insurance is the biggest **** I came across. You paying for something so in the event when damages occur you are covered but not with Old Mutual.

I have brought this up numerous times yet we are having the same issue for the 10th time and no changes happen.

Honestly, this is one of the worst insurance companies I have came across and I would never recommend them to anyone. All you will do is loose your money to them.

Totally disappointed & disgusted.
