Old Mutual Iwyze is pathetic

I have been trying to submit a claim on behalf of my clients on Iwyze since 14 September 2018. I have submitted claim forms, doctors invoice and medical aid history 3 times now. you have nowe repeatedley requested a claim form from me. I send that and then the next email request is for policy number. I send that then you ask for doctors invoice. I send that and you then ask form for claim form to be completed. Quite clearly you do not want to pay out the client and your staff are *********** and or illiterate. i will be advising my client to move his entire portfolio from Old Mutual due to your inefficiency and incompetence.
