Old mutual iwyze bad service

I have insured my cars with old mutual iwyze,I claimed for accident on October, been paying the premium including my car since October but they wrote it off but still haven't settled my car even today,,they have all the documents and information, when their claim handler calls me everyday he tells me to give him 12 hours to finalize my claim,they even took their courtesy car back, how long do they take to settle the bank,they service is very bad,the handler Urshan always tells me story after story, 3 months paying for the car they wrote of and also paying for the premiums, no this is bad
