Old Mutual is not to be trusted, Service is pathetic

I am so terrified for my life and my kids future. I literally use old mutual for all my insurance needs since I started working but now, I am not sure if my life is in the right hands. Old mutual discontinued my life insurance with out my consent and I have paid this insurance for more than 10 years. I called them and they agreed that it was a mistake from their end. I have been calling them for a month and I have been speaking to different service agent and every time I call they tell the same thing, that they are escalating my case to the next level in their hierarchy of work. I feel as though they are trained to say that even though nothing is being done about cases. This is unfair and it is **************** I paid my premiums with no failure and yet they cancelled 10 yeas of insurance with out any notification. All I want is for them to reinstate my policy or give me my money back it is my Money!!!
