Old mutual is dealing with very questionable, *****, rude brokers. Last year i was sold car insurance by one of old mutual's broker by the name of Kelly Govender. He told me the insurance covers multiple things only to find out that he sold me a lie. When i called to request for the phone records, he told me to call Old mutual and when i called old mutual they sent me back to him. These guys has been playing a ping pong game with none wanting to take accountability. My last phone call interaction was with a kind lady named Lucille Pieterse who escalate my matter to Simeon Kight by email and ccd me, i have been waiting for over 2 weeks for Simeon to respond. It looks like there is some kind of cohorts between old mutual and their broker Kelly Govender from OFA to give me a run around so that they dont pay out for my claim. I had to cancel my great relationship with my previous insurer due to the lies sold to me.
