Old Mutual is a pain
I have 3 policies for funeral cover with old mutual. I have had really bad service regarding my premiums. I have had endless calls stating that I have missed payments, then all of a sudden those payments reflect. I'm extremely dissatisfied because come claim time I know I'll have issues. Today I was told I missed 4 payments in 2018, I was never told this before. Now I need to pay for premium that I have no idea of. I'm not happy at all. A few months ago I was told my other premiums weren't successful also in 2018 and I have paid them. Old mutual has just been such a pain. I'm even considering cancelling all my policies
