Old mutual is a ****
I took a policy with old mutual, ****mers. Nobody is answering my calls now, my car got ****** in December 15th 2023 they have been taking me pillar to post and now they are quite its been 45 days and the car hire just called me telling me old mutual canceled the car hire and I've tried calling management no answer. They harassment I have suffered with this company, they even debited my account without refund the premium after my car was ******.
The investigator was talking to me like I'm some sort of a ********, I will never recommend this company to anyone.
