I reported my loose bumper to Old Mutual Insurer on the 14 Feb 2024. Today is 26 Apr 2024. Promises has been made to resolve this,until now, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. They said the courtesy car will be delivered today so that my car can go in for repairs. I requested the courtesy car to be here by 09:00. It is now 11:53, to be exact, and the courtesy car is not here. Noone from Old Mutual Insurer called or responded to my mail.

EVERYONE, WHENEVER YOU HEAR THE NAME OLD MUTUAL INSURER, run as fast as you can. If you can't run, crawl, if you can't crawl, find a way of moving.

OLD MUTUAL INSURER HAS ONLY 1 OBJECTIVE, *****ING PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY
