Old Mutual Insure/Fnb Insurance brokers is a ****

Old Mutual insure facilitated by FNB insurance brokers is the biggest ****. They fixed my ceiling in 2020 , now the same ceiling is damaged in 2023 however they are denying that the ceiling is damaged and secondly their assessors claim that it’s due to lack of maintenance on the building. How absurd can one be to reject an obvious claim which is a result of their previous work. Basically they replaced my ceiling with poor quality ceiling and don’t want to be held accountable now. For the last 4 years I endured the worst whenever I had an issue. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them.
