Old mutual Insure wants to cancel my contract for claiming

I went onto Old mutual insure since February and this Quote was pending for the last 2 years and finally i signed up , during the course of being on this policy my home was broken into and a few other issues arised and i was advised by my Broker initially that i can claim whenever i like and there wont be an issue and i did i claimed and yes there was a process but my claims did get paid out to me. I received an email today that my contract will be cancelled on the 25 Feb 2023 and was given a reason that too many claims was out through, i was given a ladys number to call and discuss this with her and this call doesnt go through at all, i then called back and spoke to a lady at the call centre whom tells me a contract can be cancelled and theres nothing that can be done. AM I NOT ALLOWED TO CLAIM ??? WHY AM I PAYING THESE PREMIUMS???? I will not accept the fact that my contract is being cancelled due to claims. that is the most absurd thing i have ever heard.
