Old Mutual Insure Useless Road Side Assistance

Stuck on the side of the road on 17th January 2019, I tried to make use of Old Mutual Insure's Road Side Assistance (***) to no avail, after selecting option 2 (For reporting an accident or road side assistance) the phone just rang with no-one answering on the other side (This was around 4pm), i tried a further 3 times before giving up. I had to then find a company that would tow my car in the area.

I have been with them for several years and this is the first time I have ever needed to use the emergency number. Not a good first impression...
