Old mutual Insure third party claim, terrible service

I am currently battling to receive a third party claim from old mutual Insure, their client hit me from behind, a police report was filled, which she stated the accident was her fault, quotes were given with all of the paper work, this case has been going on for 3 months and there seems to be no end in sight, my bumber is currently attached to my car with DUCT Tape, due to their terrible third party service. I call the number of the person in charge of the case, the phone is put down in my ear or they just never pick up, no answer to emails and just all round terrible. I will no name and shame people, but I will never recommend this company to anyone.
