Old mutual Insure ripped me off

An Old Mutual client skipped a red robot and bumped onto my car. I claimed through third party. Old Mutual Insure came back and said I contributed 25% to the accident, ok that is not the problem.

The problem is when they offered a settlement, it was way too low as compared to the three panel beaters quotations (52 000, 36 000 and 45 000). They offered to pay 12 000 for their client's damages. How on earth? On top of that the accident happened on 26 October 2019 and they only paid their peanuts in January 2020 mxm.

We should get protection from these insurances, they are ripping us off.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH OLD MUTUAL INSURE.
