Old mutual insure poor service
Will not recommend Old mutual insure to any body. People that handle my claim *********** and does not want to assist you at all. Claim lodged and all documents delivered to Ominsure by courier. Received settlement letter on 23/3/2023 and two weeks later the documents RC1 is missing lost by ominsure and the claim will not be handled before i get new RC1 that could take up to 28-days and a cost of R1000.
