Old Mutual Insure on ITC
In 2021 and 2024 I was a member of Old Mutual Insure.Due to HORRIBLE service,wrong deductions,I decided to cancell my membership.It was with great surprise that I saw that these 2 accounts are listed on my ITC record!!! This indicate that I still owe them a premium.With short-term insurance your policy works on "if -and-when" system.If you don't pay your premium,there is no cover.Nobody owes nobody.I wrote a mail to Old Mutual Insure and Service Centre with NO response!!!!
