Old Mutual Insure Is Useless!!

My mother has been paying towards her Old Mutual Insurance for years and the moment you need them to pay off damages, they seem to bring up excuses that are beneficial to them. Last year, 2020, we had noticed that we had cracks in the walls and paint lifting off in various areas of the house due to water damage from rain through the years. We then decided to contact Old Mutual in order to have insurance pay for these damages. They brought two assessors who analyzed the damaged areas and took pictures throughout the house, only to later hear that Old Mutual would not be assisting us in any way moving forward due to the fact that our house and estate being situated on a wet land, something they had no problem taking the premiums for a decade knowing (if it was true), and our HOA disputes.
