Old Mutual Insure is a Rip-off

Poor response and dont care attitude. I had a problem with my travel insurance with Old mutual insure. After many months of denial that I even had a policy with them, did they then had someone competent who found my policy documents which covered my trip I have submitted all documentation to them but they make it so difficult for us, especially retired pensioners that it causes so much pain and heartache. We submitted what was within our powers, but they still refuse to acknowledge and settle the matter. Old mutual insure only want your money, so desperate to put us under such stress and trauma. Disgraceful, Old Mutual Insure. Never recommend anyone to take traval insurance with them.
