Old Mutual insure is a **** and Joke!!!

Highly disgusted in the service and professionalism from this company. I have had two insurance claims, one for my washing machine and the most recent my TV. Old Mutual insure does not accept your own damage reports you pay for to get, they insist on sending out their own assessors called digicall assessors who then send out local contractors to assess your damaged goods. A guy by the name of Chris came out and checked my washing machine and insisted we had a legit claim which of course was rejected. The same guy, Chris, came to assess our TV and asked what replacement washing machine we had gotten. We told him that it was rejected and showed him the damage report from Digicall assessors. Turns out, that is not infact what he had written. So digicall assessors, who are linked directly to old Mutual insure, *****ulently change the report to suit them and thus the insurance company does not have to pay out. This again happened with my TV claim. Exactly the same where the report was changed to suit Old Mutual Insure. Clever hey, and they thought nobody would catch on. Shame on you Old Mutual insure, I will be taking on another insurance company after this.!!!!
