Old mutual insure has poor service would not recommend it to anyone

HI iam Bonginkosi Nkwanyana Claim number *** I claimed on the 19th of December up until today they giving a run around They appointed Nelisewe Zulu to handle my claim she appointed the assesser and she came she finalized every thing now i have been waiting for settlement letter since from last weeek till now nothing is happening life for me and my family is difficult kids go to school bathing with cold water every morning i cant cook cant watch tv cant wash clothes i cant see the point of having insurance if something bad happens and they take too long to replace what has been ******
