My hello Peter complaint claim number -*** was resolved swiftly and professionally. They ran their internal investigations and found that indeed they delayed the process of having my car fixed and they extended the car hire by an additional 30 days. MARITZA CORNELIUS was handling the investigation and was giving updates via email which has left me satisfied. Thank you for all the assistance and OLD MUTUAL INSURE for taking my case into consideration, I hope by the time I return the hired car, my personal vehicle would also be finished by the panel beaters.
