Old Mutual Insure does not deliver.

I was involved in an accident on the 23/11/2017. It was not my fault, but the guilty party was is insured through Old Mutual Insure. I submitted the relevant documentation as requested. Virtually every time I tried to contact a person, I find out they are no longer with Old Mutual Insure, or have been moved to a different department. I eventually received an offer, which to say is insulting is an understatement. I am still waiting for a response on my reply a week ago. I get the impression that they are try to play the waiting game.
