Old Mutual Insure: DO NOT JOIN!
I recently met up in an accident and had the most ********** experience.
- poor consultants that needed escalations to provide a basic service - Assessor took two weeks to approve additional parts logged by my panel beater (upon escalation) - Brakes that were damaged from the accident will not be covered which was never communicated (still trying to figure out why I pay for insurance) - Complete disrespect from the customer care line (Consultant name: Chanice Toffie) - Delays on all communications - 5th week in and my car is still to be delivered back to me
Should you be looking for any form of insurance, look elsewhere. Disastrous systems, processes and service.
