Old Mutual Insure _ Cancel My Policies And Reimburse What's Due To Me.

I am very disappointed with Old Mutual, I have been fighting with old mutual for the last 3 months for the car insurance i had with them. They were supposed to have reimbursed the premium money by now as the insurance was canceled on the 19 July 2021 i have sent in bank statements to show them that they was never a payment from old mutual as they claimed that they paid back. Again they have been debiting R125 from august 2021 which i don't know what those amounts are for already i have returned debit order's from old mutual and this affects my ITC profile. Please assist with this matter i am very gatvol nou
