Old mutual insure. Beware

Probably t he worst experience ever. Burst geyser reported Sunday. New geyser to be installed coming Friday. Old mutual has left me no choice but to break the law in turns of lock down. I have to *******ly visit and put my elderly parents at risk with covid 19 so I can keep myself and my children clean. I have not had a single call from old mutual since I reported the incident. I have had to follow up constantly with no success. To top it all off I have been told to pay the excess from the plumbers asap so they can possibly start on Friday. No remorse from old mutual at all. I have know idea how old mutual is going to restore my faith. This Wil be a topic of discussion with many I know.
