Old Mutual insure

What a bad experience I had with Old Mutual insure. I took home appliance insurance with them last year march and two weeks back I did a put a claim for my microwave as it is broken the send their electricians to come do the evaluations , all of the sudden I’m getting an email from them telling me that my claim has been rejected because my microwave is no longer under guarantee they were only going to pay if the microwave was ******.today a consultant called me to cancel my policy he was so very quick to do that because they don’t want to pay. Old Mutual insure it’s a **** I will never recommend to anyone
