Old mutual insure

Worst home insurance company I have dealt with.

My overhead power cable, which comes from a street pole and runs directly onto my roof got damaged. I phone coct which advised me once they arrived I need to phone my insurance company because the problem is on my premises. I phoned them and they sent someone out to assess the damage. Two weeks later I, never heard from them again as to what is gonna happen. I had to let someone else fix the broken cable on my roof or I would still have been with no power. Pathetic to say the least, and I will be cancelling my policy
