Old Mutual Insure 3rd party - shocking service

HORRIBLE SERVICE! KFC phoenix plaza vehicle reversed onto my stationary vehicle in December 2020 and even though all parties concerned was in agreement that I was the innocent party, old mutual insure is set to make my experience as difficult and miserable as possible! I have been stopped multiple times by the police my the damages to the vehicle. Although my documents were provided in January there are still constant excuses as to why my claim is delayed with NO regard for feedback.

Extremely frustrated!!!!!
