Old mutual insure

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from old mutual regarding my vehicle repairs. We were in an accident a month ago and our vehicle has been at the panel beaters since then. Our courtesy vehicle has to be returned tomorrow and our vehicle repairs have not been completed. I keep calling the panel beaters and they tell me that they are waiting for the claim to be approved, then ordering parts and finally they realized they weren't able to repair one part so that needed to be replaced and approved by old mutual assessors. My vehicle is still not ready and still awaiting the part for it to be repaired. This vehicle is used for business purposes and we without a vehicle we will not be able to earn money.
