Old Mutual Insurance worst Insurance company to deal with

I had logged an insurance claim as my laptop fell and broke Old Mutual declined the claim based on when last the laptop was was used. I then logged dispute this happened in March and up until today no one has come back to me even though I called them numerous times for feedback, however they very promptly take my premiums eveymonth. This is the worst company to deal with. Never insure with old mutual
